Tracey D. Mullins s an Oklahoma attorney, practicing in Oklahoma City with an emphasis in the area of family and domestic law.

Prior to joining Mullins, Hirsch & Jones in 2005 to focus her practice primarily on family law, Ms. Mullins was a litigation associate at a Norman, Oklahoma civil law firm where she represented clients in a number of legal matters, including family law, civil jury trials, employment law, personal injury and criminal defense.

Ms. Mullins has been an active member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court since 2001, serving as an officer in the organization from 2004 through 2014. Ms. Mullins is also active in the Oklahoma County Bar Association. She served as the chair of the family law section in 2015/2016. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors from 2014 through 2016. Ms. Mullins volunteers her time with the Lawyers in the Classroom and Law Related Education committees as well.
